Organization Learning Objective 3
My methodology and IRB approval has become my kryptonite within the thesis process. I have a meeting scheduled with the Institutional Review Board next week to see if there are any shortcuts I can take or if I am over thinking the whole process in general. I still have high hopes to complete my methodology and IRB before the end of the semester...we shall see.

I am glad to here your process is coming along. I am beginning my thesis thoughts as I am only in my 2 class, so I have a ways to go before I have to seriously think about my thesis. But I am already feeling overwhelmed about it...I have a question about the process. With the thesis, do we have to 'present' the thesis to a panel? Who is on the panel and do we select them and how many? Also, I select my advisor for mentoring with the thesis process? I have so much going through my head on this I am so confused. Any help would be great! Good luck to you.
